3 / "Contact form" information

The information collected in the contact form is transmitted voluntarily by the User who wishes to be contacted by ACRELEC and is stored by ACRELEC in a computerised file to manage its customer database.

 

It is kept for two (2) months for contact purposes and is used by the marketing and/or sales departments of ACRELEC.

 

No personal information of the user of the Website is used without consent of the User, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any support to any third party. Only in the event of an acquisition of ACRELEC or another transaction involving the transfer of its rights would the transmission of such information to the prospective buyer be allowed. This Privacy Policy defines and informs you of the manner in which ACRELEC uses and protects the personal data that you transmit to it in connection with your recruitment.

In the context of recruitment, ACRELEC may process your Personal Data for the purposes of:

  • Managing your recruitment 

ACRELEC only processes your Personal Data if you consent to it or if this processing is based on one of the following legal premises:

  • the processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request 
  • the processing is necessary for ACRELEC to comply with one of its legal obligations

c. Recipients

ACRELEC may work with a service provider to manage the recruitment process. The information provided in this case are those that you voluntarily provide to us when submitting your application.

 

ACRELEC is the recipient of your Personal Data provided that your Personal Data may be transmitted:

  • to the subcontracting company Smartrecruiters

 

d. Retention period

Your Personal Data are kept by ACRELEC for the period corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in section 3 above, which cannot in any case exceed 2 years if the outcome of your application is negative.

ACRELEC will not retain them longer than necessary, and when it no longer needs them, it will destroy them or make them completely anonymous.
