We provide On-Site or Off-Site training & consultancy, we operate our own multi-lingual Centres of Competence throughout Europe, which include testing laboratories and development equipment.

Infrastructure & Managed Solutions

Acrelec translates your technology requirements into a suitable infrastructure package that can move your business forward. We can connect all of your outlets to central servers at our hosting sites, providing remote access for you and your managers to your systems and critical business data.

Hardware Support & Repair

Acrelec Services work with industry-leading partners on our hardware repair programme to ensure a fast and high quality turnaround of all faulty equipment. We offer a Warranty Management service, looking after your warranties and liaising with the respective companies on your behalf when your faulty equipment can be repaired under warranty.

HELP DESK



Centres of Competence

We operate our own Centres of Competence which are available to all local helpdesks, employing local staff, in case the problem or query cannot be resolved by the help desk agents.


Flexible Help Desk hours

They can be flexible to suit your needs. Should it be required, we can offer a 24/7 support service. Because of our pan-European presence, we also provide different supports in multiple languages and costing models.


Help Desk provision

We have established, and are currently operating, multi-country helpdesks for global brands. Because we have also been helpdesk customers ourselves, we can anticipate your customers’ demands and requirements and help you design and implement the helpdesk that you need for your company.

FIELD ENGINEERING




Tailor-made Field Engineering Program

Acrelec Services can assist you rapidly and reliably whether you are looking at a new deployment or for a trusted engineering partner. We have teams of experienced and skilled engineers situated in a variety of locations that are able to provide you with a first-class service.

We manage our field engineering programmes via Supportworks. Because regular maintenance of your equipment is vital to ensure that it is always operating to its fullest capacity, we can either design a specific preventative maintenance programme for your business or alternatively ensure that relevant health checks are performed on specified equipment when visiting on a normal engineering visit.

As we carry stock in multiple locations in all of our operating countries, we can provide urgent equipment with the minimum of delay.
